Lead by example through active involvement in cabin maintenance and repairs ? Monitor performance, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity ? Motivate teams to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets ? Communicate staff performance issues or material shortages to the Production Manager ? Work closely with tradespeople, offering practical support using general maintenance skills and power tools ? Maintain and exceed the companies quality standards, always aligned with customer expectations ? Champion health & safety, creating a safe and compliant working environment ??
