The Senior Revenue & Insight Manager leads the organisation’s revenue strategy, ensuring decisions on pricing, forecasting, demand, and capacity drive sustainable commercial performance. They act as the connector between commercial strategy, analytical insight, and operational delivery, ensuring the business uses data effectively to maximise revenue and customer value. The role oversees advanced revenue forecasting models, pricing and yield management, commercial KPIs, and translating complex data into clear commercial insight. Working closely with Finance, Service Planning, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Operations, they ensure insight is integrated into planning, budgeting, product development, and service design. They also represent the organisation across industry and forecasting forums, and lead continuous improvement in analytics, modelling capability, and revenue systems. The person: The successful candidate will be a commercially minded leader with strong analytical capability, able to interpret complex revenue patterns and communicate them in a simple, compelling way. They will have experience managing and developing multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, accuracy, and accountability. Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and balancing strategic thinking with day‑to‑day operational needs is essential. The ability to work under pressure, thrive in a collaborative environment, and work effectively with cross‑functional teams to embed data‑driven decision‑making is key. You bring a proactive mindset, a passion for commercial insight, and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that deliver measurable impact. Knowledge/Skills: Strategic Leadership Ability to shape and deliver a revenue‑optimisation strategy aligned to organisational goals. Confidence in presenting strategic recommendations and influencing senior stakeholders. Data, Insight & BI Strong forecasting, analytical modelling, and data‑interpretation skills. Proficient with Excel/BI tools and producing clear, impactful visualisations. Skilled at integrating commercial, customer, and operational data to identify trends and risks. Revenue Management & Analysis Experience in building and leading revenue‑forecasting models for budgets and planning. Understanding of pricing, yield, elasticity, and commercial levers. Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and economic drivers. Collaboration & Influence Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to explain complexity clearly. Experience in leading workshops and cross‑functional insight sessions. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability. Leadership & People Management Experience in leading, coaching, and developing analytical/commercial teams. Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to build an inclusive, innovative, high‑performance culture. Desirable 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership teams. Degree or professional qualification in analytics, strategy, or similar. Track record of driving cross‑functional commercial outcomes. Experience in leading change and fostering innovation. Understanding of relevant regulatory or industry constraints. Experience coaching teams and supporting succession planning. Experience developing knowledge‑management or reporting hubs. This role works Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week, and is based in Atrium Court. What we offer you: Reference Salary of £63,000-£67,000 depending on experience.
