Overview

CloudPay is the world’s most trusted global payroll partner, simplifying pay for all employees. The Technical Product Manager leads strategic initiatives within the Integrations Product Area, enabling secure, scalable, and seamless data exchange between customers’ business systems and CloudPay’s payroll and payment platforms.

Main Responsibilities

* Own the delivery of strategic initiatives from discovery through to rollout, ensuring alignment with business goals and on‑time, in‑scope execution.
* Lead discovery and solutioning activities by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to define problems, gather requirements, and identify viable solutions.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and inform product strategy and prioritisation.
* Schedule, facilitate, and document feedback from customer design partner sessions throughout discovery, solutioning, beta testing, and post‑launch phases.
* Translate approved initiatives into well‑structured epics and user stories, with clear acceptance criteria, sprint goals, and prioritised backlogs.
* Provide day‑to‑day product direction to the Agile delivery team, participating in all ceremonies and remaining available for clarification and decision‑making throughout each sprint.
* Collaborate with technical leads to assess complexity, guide delivery trade‑offs, and ensure clear communication between engineering and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Maintain an up‑to‑date initiative roadmap, ensuring timely updates to reflect scope changes, risks, or delivery adjustments.
* Define and track product success metrics, using data and feedback to inform iteration and continuous improvement.
* Partner with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Business & Digital Transformation (BDT) to deliver go‑to‑market activities, including enablement materials, internal training, customer‑facing content, and pricing considerations informed by scope, delivery effort, and competitive insights.
* Champion best practices in Product Management and Agile delivery, informally coaching Product Managers and helping foster a high‑quality, user‑centric product culture.

Experience Needed

* Proven senior‑level experience in product ownership or product management, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or integration‑heavy domains.
* Demonstrated success of delivering integration or API‑based products, ideally involving third‑party systems such as HCMs, payroll providers, or workforce management platforms.
* Working knowledge with at least one of the major HCM systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, HiBob, SuccessFactors, UKG) and/or Workforce Management platforms (e.g., Legion) is highly desirable.
* Hands‑on experience managing the full product lifecycle – from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and iteration.
* Proven ability to lead Agile teams and influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, and business functions, leveraging Scrum to translate product vision into actionable epics and user stories.
* Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration, building alignment and momentum across technical and non‑technical teams.
* Experience supporting go‑to‑market activities, including enabling Sales on new functionality and participating in product launches or customer‑facing events.
* Strong decision‑making skills in complex environments, balancing short‑term priorities with long‑term strategic goals.
* Demonstrated capability in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product strategy.
* Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, with a structured, data‑informed approach to prioritisation and roadmap development.
* Experience with backlog and roadmap management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Pendo.
