As a Clinical Performance Consultant, you'll be highly visible to every Optometrist in your territory, working alongside the Regional Support Team to drive the clinical agenda and business performance, delivering store growth through commercial acumen and credibility, and implementing a strategy to optimise access to quality clinical care for patients. You'll deliver events, and support at territory and store level, inspiring and empowering colleagues with the confidence, tools, and skills to drive clinical performance.

Responsibilities
* Support and develop stores, partners, and clinicians to ensure patients receive high-quality eye care.
* Work with the Regional Support Team to drive the clinical agenda and business performance in your territory.
* Deliver events and provide territory- and store-level support to inspire and empower colleagues with tools and skills to drive clinical performance.
* Implement strategies to optimise access to quality clinical care for patients.
* Contribute to store growth through commercial acumen and credibility.
Qualifications
* GOC-registered optometrist with commercial acumen and a passion for clinical development.
* Experience in leadership and training.
* Further qualifications such as Professional Certificates and Independent Prescribing are desirable.
