Site Manager Required ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent, 25 hours per week, Term Time only plus up to 13 days in school holidays
Salary: Spine Point 6-7, (£13.47 - £13.68 per hour)
Salary range: £25,989.00 - £26,403.00 Annually (FTE)
Actual Salary: £15,653 - £15,902 per annum based on 25 hours per week, term time plus 13 days.
Holy Trinity C of E Primary is a vibrant, family, village, seaside school in Seaton Carew, where staff are dedicated to promoting high standards for all our pupils.
The Academy Council at Holy Trinity C of E Primary are seeking to employ a conscientious and motivated caretaker, with a high level of attention to detail, to join our school team.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the premises are compliant and meet Health and Safety requirements
* Security of the buildings and site, including testing of alarms, fault reporting and opening and locking up premises at the start and the end of the day.
* Grounds maintenance including litter picking and ensuring the grounds and building is safe for children and families to enter and leave.
* Undertake general maintenance of the school building and facilities including minor refurbishment of premises, fixtures and fittings as necessary
* Practical support with arrangements for meetings/events
* Receipt and distribution of deliveries and the movement of goods and equipment around the building
* Recording electronically Health & Safety activities and Inventory of Equipment items using the school’s computer software (iPad)

Training and ongoing support will be provided when necessary to keep abreast with changing Health and Safety regulations.
