We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Temporary Payroll Transformation Manager to support a busy finance team based in East Kent.
This role will require an experienced payroll professional to optimise and transform existing payroll operations across a global operation. You will add and improve processes to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of payroll in a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
Key Duties:
1. Evaluate existing payroll systems to identify inefficiences and risks
2. Implement change to improve global payroll processing
3. Act as a key point of contact between finance and HR to resolve any ongoing issues
4. Establish effective SOPs and reporting procedures
Requirements
5. Previous experience in a payroll transformation role
6. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
7. Good Excel skills
8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
