Key Responsibilities as Business Development & Account Manager Target employers within your region, nurturing relationships that align with our values and services. Maintain strong account management and identify ongoing support required to our strong pool of existing clients, always ensuring we remain first choice for external recruitment support. Review and enhance performance within current partnerships, identifying new ways to add value and deepen client trust. Use a range of communication channels, calls, emails, video and in person meetings to showcase our offering. Attend and lead face to face client meetings and presentations, demonstrating how Impression Recruitment can deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a seamless handover from new business to delivery, helping align client needs with our capabilities. Identify and actively respond to bids and tenders, helping to secure long term, strategic client wins. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business sectors to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. What We're Looking For in our next Business Development & Account Manager: A strong background in B2B sales; recruitment industry experience is advantageous but not required. Further consideration for applicants with a strong desire to help a business grow through proactive sales activity. You're proactive, results driven and confident working independently to meet and exceed targets. While self motivated, you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy contributing to a positive, supportive culture. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build trust. You understand what makes businesses tick and can translate our services into solutions that meet client needs. You bring fresh ideas and can tailor approaches to ensure we stand out in a competitive marketplace. Capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
