Haynes is a leading dealership in Kent, known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of quality passenger and commercial vehicles. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Advisor to join our PartsPlus team.
Role Overview
PartsPlus are the experts in automotive parts for all vehicles.
Our PartsPlus Telesales Advisors are responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers, by taking parts orders via the phone, email and customer app. The role also entails assisting customers and providing specialist advice on parts.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately identifying parts for specific vehicles
· Fulfilling customer orders via the phone, email and customer App
· Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
· Providing a high level of customer service
· Supporting our customers to become more profitable
Key Skills Required
· Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
· A good telephone manner
· Be a ‘Team Player’
· Basic understanding of using a computer
Full training of systems and software can be provided
What we offer
· This is a full-time position
· Working days are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 – 13:00 on a rota basis.
