Overview
The Project Procurement Manager will lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activity for a large-scale technology transformation programme, ensuring compliance, value for money, and effective supplier engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple technology procurements within the Back Office Operational Modernisation (BOOM) programme.
* Transition services from an expired contract to new suppliers.
* Establish and run procurement processes, including documentation, requirements gathering, and evaluation.
* Engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive successful commercial outcomes.
Experience Required
* Strong knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Regulations (PCR & PA23).
* Proven track record in delivering large-scale technology procurements.
* Experience working across digital services and finance systems.
* Ability to operate independently and set up procurement frameworks from scratch.
