Lecturer in Horticulture The Role:
Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable horticulture professional to join our team as a Variable Hours Lecturer. As a Lecturer in Horticulture, you will deliver high-quality, practical, and theory-based teaching to learners at different stages of their education. You will contribute to the development of a curriculum that reflects current industry standards and supports learners in achieving their goals.
Lecturer in Horticulture - Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and Educate: Share your knowledge and insights with our eager students.
Engage and Motivate: Deliver engaging and relevant teaching, learning, and assessment experiences.
Innovate: Develop creative schemes of work and lesson plans that captivate and educate.
Support: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their career goals.
Collaborate: Work with industry partners to enhance our curriculum and offer valuable work placement opportunities.

Lecturer in Horticulture You:
We are looking for individuals who have:
Industry Expertise: Substantial professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, garden design, or a related field.
Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to share your expertise and help others succeed.
Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Further Education Experience: Experience in Further Education is desirable but not essential.
