At HR Path Group, we are looking for a seasoned Dayforce Implementation Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of the Dayforce HCM platform across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules.
Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle Dayforce implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
* Configure Dayforce modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Scheduling, WFM) according to client needs and best practices.
* Translate business processes into Dayforce system workflows while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
* Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
* Oversee and perform data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
* Develop and lead testing strategy: SIT, UAT, regression testing, parallel payroll testing, and issue resolution.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the implementation.
* Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for client teams.
* Provide subject‑matter expertise on Dayforce functionality, configuration options, and industry best practices.
* Manage client expectations, communicate project status, and identify risks or dependencies proactively.
* Advise clients on post‑go‑live optimization opportunities to maximize Dayforce value.
* Collaborate with project managers to build project plans, manage timelines, and deliver key milestones.
* Work cross‑functionally with technical consultants, integration specialists, and payroll/HR SMEs.
* Support integration efforts between Dayforce and external systems (ATS, ERP, benefits carriers, payroll interfaces, etc.).
* Document functional requirements, configuration decisions, user guides, and training materials.
Required Qualifications
* 2‑3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Dayforce.
* Strong functional expertise in at least two Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, HR, WFM).
* Proven experience leading client‑facing implementation projects.
* Deep understanding of HR, payroll operations, compliance, and workforce management processes.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certification(s) in Dayforce modules.
* Experience working in a consulting firm or fast‑paced implementation environment.
* Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax rules (UK & EMEA).
* Experience with data migration and HCM integrations.
* Project management training or certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.).

* Strong leadership and client‑management presence.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* High attention to detail and process discipline.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure in complex implementations.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
