Were currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to be based at our site in Burton Latimer on our contract with Weetabix.Working a 12 hour shift continental pattern which includes both day/nights and weekends.

What youll do on a typical day:

* Lead a team of operatives safely, efficiently and fully compliant with site policies and procedures
* Continually review and suggest improvements to operational SOPs, training out any changes and ensuring full compliance
* Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve
* Support disciplinary meetings as required
* Contractor call out as required
* Complete all RTW interviews and administration as required
* Support the investigation of incidents as requiredEnsure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment
