Gear4music is one of the UKs leading retailers of musical instruments and equipment, and were looking for an experienced and motivatedSenior Delivery & Installation Specialistto join our new in-house delivery team.
About the Role
This is not a standard delivery role. Youll be responsible for the delivery, installation, and basic setup of high-value musical instruments, including pianos, directly into customers homesacross the UK.
As a senior member of the team, you will work with the wider business to ensure every delivery meets our high standards of service, care, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver, install, and set up large musical instruments (including pianos) in customer homes
* Lead by example, supporting and guiding other drivers on best practice
* Provide an exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer experience
* Safely handle, position, and assemble equipment where required
* Follow delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timeliness
* Work closely with Customer Services to deliver a seamless in-house service
* Ensure compliance with driving regulations, including tachograph usage
* Support training and onboarding of new team members
