Head of Payroll
to get stuck into scaling, stabilising, and shaping their payroll function. Theyve recently opened a second office, brought in a new senior leadership team, and have no plans to slow down
but now need someone who knows umbrella payroll inside out to make sure the engine room is built for growth. What youll be doing: Lead and optimise
the end-to-end payroll operation Review and improve
existing processes and systems to ensure compliance, efficiency and scalability Manage and mentor
a remote payroll team (with potential to grow the team further) Collaborate
with the wider SLT to support strategic decisions across the business Stay on top of compliance
and ensure everything is audit-ready at all times Drive improvements
using your experience and industry insight What were looking for: Solid experience running umbrella payroll
youll need to hit the ground running Strong leadership and communication skills
someone who brings clarity and calm to a fast-moving environment Experience with

would be a bonus, but not essential Comfortable being the go-to person on payroll strategy, process, and problem-solving A builder
