What You'll Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering personalised care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will include:
* Assisting with personal care (dressing, washing, toileting, etc.)
* Supporting with mobility and daily activities
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Administering medication and supporting healthcare needs (training provided)
* Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
* Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
