Are you an LPC graduate looking to start your legal career in criminal law?
We seek dedicated individuals to join our Criminal Defence Direct team, providing essential telephone legal advice to clients detained at police stations. This role offers valuable experience, with Police Station Accreditation included—an excellent stepping stone for your legal career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear, concise legal advice over the phone to police station detainees
* Manage and progress cases efficiently while meeting targets
* Collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality service
* Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up
* Deliver empathetic, professional client care during stressful situations
* Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
Qualifications and Skills:
* LPC graduates are encouraged to apply
* Knowledge of criminal law is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
* Opportunity to gain Police Station Accreditation
