Job Role Overview
The role involves managing our clients and working within our dedicated Aftercare system. You will build strong, positive relationships with clients through communication via phone, email, and the Aftercare system.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing a thorough understanding of all MTC services and features.
2. Upselling services to existing clients.
3. Managing client inquiries, expectations regarding costs and timeframes.
4. Ensuring support tickets are resolved promptly.
5. Building strong relationships with colleagues across teams.
6. Going the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
7. Handling client concerns confidently.
8. Beneficial skills include front-end coding or general technical support experience.
