We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and inspiring Cafe Supervisor to work full time, Monday to Friday, overseeing a team of four in a busy cafe based within a Central London office.
As Cafe Supervisor, youll not only craft exceptional coffee but also guide, motivate, and support your teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Youll take ownership of coffee quality, consistency, and service standards, ensuring every cup and every interaction reflects our values. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong organisational skills.
As a Café Supervisor at, you will be confident using computers and digital systems. You will be responsible for managing the ordering app, uploading new recipes, and planning the weekly menu. The role also includes placing basic orders and organising staff rotas to ensure smooth daily operations
About the Role Monday Friday (40 hours per week)
Daytime shifts (with flexibility)
Leading by example in providing an engaging, welcoming, and professional front-of-house experience
Taking pride in crafting consistently high-quality coffee and serving simple, seasonal food
Coaching and supporting team members to grow their barista and service skills
Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting workspace at all times
Assisting with events, special requests, and site operations as required
Collaborating with the kitchen team and management to ensure smooth service delivery

About You! Extensive barista experience with a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced coffee environment
A passion for specialty coffee, with knowledge of equipment, beans, grind profiles, and latte art
Natural leadership skills you motivate others and thrive in a team-focused environment
Confident, well-presented, and approachable, with excellent communication skills
Committed to upholding high service, quality, and cleanliness standards
