Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
* Provide expert advice to patients regarding their medications, including potential side effects, interactions, and proper usage.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Conduct medication reviews and assessments to optimise therapeutic outcomes for patients.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary based on clinical evaluations.
* Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions and patient interactions in accordance with established protocols.
* Stay informed about new medications, therapies, and industry developments to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
* A valid Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
* Previous experience in an ICU setting is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and medication administration practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
