Are you a supply chain expert with a knack for data-driven decision-making? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where transformation and strategy are top of the agenda? If so, this is the opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst. You’ll be the driving force behind strategic procurement decisions and inventory optimisation across a complex global operation.
This is a newly created role with real influence: you'll be the analytical partner to senior leaders, helping shape supply chain strategy for long-term savings and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partner with supply chain and finance leadership to guide decisions using data insight—not just reports.
* Analyse procurement spend across decentralised systems to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Monitor and track savings initiatives, advising on how to drive results and unlock supplier value.
* Assess inventory levels across sites to reduce waste and improve stockholding efficiency.
* Collaborate with IT and global teams to streamline reporting and ensure consistent, insightful data.
* Support the adoption of AI and advanced analytics tools in forecasting and supply chain planning.
* Build trust with site-level stakeholders, influencing change in a legacy-heavy environment.
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations, KPIs, and best practices—this is critical.
* A background in manufacturing, with practical understanding of supply chain pain points and improvement strategies.
* Hands-on experience analysing data and communicating meaningful insights that inform action.
* Technical capability in tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and ideally some SQL.
* A degree in Engineering, Maths, or a STEM subject.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a data-focused role within a supply chain or procurement setting.
* A proactive, “extreme ownership” mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Why You’ll Want to Join:
* Autonomy and Growth: With no direct reports but huge reach, you’ll work across countries, teams, and technologies to shape strategic decisions.
* Career Progression: Promotions are earned, not handed out. If you make a difference, it will be noticed—and rewarded.
* A Business in Motion: There’s an appetite for change, investment in transformation, and support at the highest levels.
