Job: Senior Product Designer
Location: London
Salary: £90K
Role:
* Own the complete design lifecycle for key product initiatives, from initial problem framing to polished UI.
* Translate complex product logic into clear, intuitive, and elegant interfaces.
* Define and evolve scalable design patterns, tokens, and workflows within Figma.
* Contribute to and maintain our comprehensive design system across multiple product surfaces.
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to ship solutions quickly and intelligently.
* Provide clear direction within our distributed, async-friendly team environment.
* Lead by example, continuously raising the bar for UX quality, design decisions, and delivery.
Candidates:
* 4-6 years of product design experience, ideally with a focus on B2B SaaS or productivity tools.
* A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in systems thinking, interaction design, and visual polish.
* Deep proficiency in Figma, including tokens, component libraries, and branching workflows.
* The ability to simplify complex problems, balancing usability with an enjoyable user experience.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially effective in asynchronous environments.
* Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid iteration cycles.
* A low-ego, high-output approach—you take ownership and get things done.
* A positive, optimistic mindset that energizes the team and fosters constructive energy.
* Experience designing or working with AI-driven products is a significant plus.
