About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative person to work as part of a team with the Shop Manager at our Shop in Shrewsbury. You will deputise for the manager on occasion, work together to maximise shop sales, identify new income opportunities and lead a team of volunteers. You will also get the freedom to set the direction of the shop at a local level and assist in leading a team of volunteers.
About you
We require the following:
* Experience of supervising and working within the charity or not‑for‑profit sectors with significant retail knowledge.
* Demonstrated emotional intelligence – a strong team player who can inspire and motivate those around you.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and possess excellent communication skills for delivering customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
