About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high‑performing, engaged team. You will be a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative team environment and leads with positivity, purpose, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals

* Manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance
* Analyse sales results and KPIs to drive commercial decisions

About You
* Proven experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent leadership role) in a retail environment
* Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
* Team‑oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
* Passion for coaching and building strong team capability
* Commercially driven with strong business acumen
