Job Description
The Finance Administrator duties will include but not limited to:
3. Process invoices, create and manage purchase orders, and receipts
4. Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and petty cash handling
5. Book in delivery notes and maintain accurate records
6. Coordinate and update labour schedules
7. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should be:
8. Available on short notice
9. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Be a strong communicator both written and verbal.
12. An ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
