This full-time role begins immediately and offers the opportunity to work with pupils who need calm, structured and thoughtful guidance to help them succeed both in and out of the classroom. The school has a strong pastoral ethos and a steady, supportive staff team. Leaders place great importance on early intervention, consistency and positive relationships. They are now seeking a Behaviour Mentor who can model high expectations, build trust, and provide clear strategies to help pupils remain focused and engaged in their learning.
