Job Description:
Are you a PASSIONATE and DRIVEN Children's Home Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity? Or are you an AMBITIOUS children's home deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a residential home in Bodmin? Do you want to work in one of the most beautiful children's homes in the South West?
The service is seeking a manager to lead their stunning EBD home in Bodmin. You will oversee the daily operations with support from an experienced senior leadership team. Your focus will be on providing high-quality care and support to young people, leading the residential children's service with a child-centered approach and a vision to help young people lead happy, successful lives.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in a residential home for children & young people with EBD.
**Please note: Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have a full driver's license and own a car.**

Requirements:
* NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
* NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
* Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's home
* Experience working in a residential children's home environment
* Full UK driving license
