Spot challenges early and de-escalate situations Encourage healthy relationships and build pupil self-esteem

Support learning and personal development

Help pupils make positive choices Track progress and ensure individual needs are met

Run small-group interventions Support school events, trips, activities and lunchtime clubs

Safeguard every pupil

Follow safeguarding, child protection, health & safety and confidentiality procedures with professionalism

Who We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who is: Experience of working in a similar role Warm, patient and resilient Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people A confident communicator and proactive problem-solver A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ready to step up, take initiative and make every day count A Full UK Driving Licence Experience with SEMH or autism is helpful—but heart, dedication and willingness to learn are just as important.
