About the Role In this primary school setting, your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons. Supporting children with additional learning, social, or behavioural needs. Encouraging positive learning behaviours and helping pupils develop confidence and independence. Working closely with the teacher and SENCo to tailor support to the needs of each child. What We're Looking For You must have previous UK school‑based experience, ideally within a primary setting. We are seeking someone who is: Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with young children. Confident supporting pupils with varying needs and abilities. Able to build strong, encouraging relationships with pupils and staff. Flexible, proactive, and able to use initiative in the classroom.
