Job Title: Office Coordinator (Part-Time) Location: The Strand, London Start Date: 9th September (ideal) Pay Rate: £18-£21 per hour Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week (across 4 days - Monday to Thursday, 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm) Work Pattern: Fully in-office About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Acting as the main point of contact for the office, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide excellent front-of-house support, and assist with office and event coordination. This is a client-facing role that requires independence, reliability, and a flexible approach to business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage visitor experience including building access approvals, welcoming guests, and handling deliveries. Oversee badge management - distribution, collection, and access. Order and manage office supplies (stationery, ergonomic equipment, kitchen provisions, etc.) and groceries. Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for all operations expenses. Coordinate internal communications regarding office disruptions, notices, and updates. Provide support with conference room bookings and calendar scheduling.
