Role Overview As Director and Head of Payments for the EMEA region, you will: Define and deliver the regional payments product strategy. Own the full product lifecycle-vision, design, execution, commercial performance, risk, and control. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, technology, operations, treasury, and risk. Experience & Skills The ideal candidate will bring: 10 years' experience in payments product management or related domains. Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including key EMEA and global rails (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, Open Banking). Strong understanding of digital transformation, regulatory frameworks, and emerging payments technologies.
