Complex Care Assistants
to deliver exceptional 1:1/ 2:1 care to clients across
Lancashire, supporting individuals with a variety of complex health needs in their own homes and supported living environments.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work as part of a professional care team, ensuring individuals receive the high-quality, person-centred care they deserve.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing consistent 1:1/ 2:1 support for clients in their homes or supported accommodation
Assisting with specialist clinical tasks such as:
PEG feeding
Tracheostomy care
Suctioning
Epilepsy management
Supporting with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility, and medication administration
Promoting independence and safeguarding dignity at all times
Following detailed care plans and updating care records accurately
Communicating effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
Reporting any changes in a clients condition in a timely and appropriate manner
What Were Looking For:
Minimum
6 months of UK care experience, ideally within a complex care setting
A caring, compassionate, and professional approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
