Essential Skills & Experience
* Active SC clearance (mandatory).
* Proven experience as an Oracle Architect, with a track record of successful Oracle 11g upgrades.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c (and later versions if applicable).
* Expertise in database migration strategies (RMAN, Data Pump, GoldenGate, transportable tablespaces, etc.).
* Experience of high availability, clustering (RAC), and disaster recovery configurations.
* In-depth understanding of Oracle performance tuning and optimisation.
* Familiarity with running upgrades in secure government/defence environments.
* Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
