Our client, a prominent multi‑franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership based in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Customer Experience/CRM Executive to join their dynamic Marketing department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to enhance customer engagement, optimise CRM processes, and support both sales and aftersales functions in a reputable automotive business.

Duties
* Support and develop customer experience initiatives across sales and aftersales
* Manage and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
* Review customer details within DMS to ensure data integrity
* Segregate fleet and retail customer records effectively
* Ensure GDPR compliance across all customer data handling processes
* Provide reporting and analytics via CRM to support business decisions
* Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times
* Log and document issues, complaints, and customer feedback within the DMS for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with the sales and aftersales teams to increase repeat business and booking rates
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM or marketing role within the automotive sector
* Strong understanding of automotive CRM systems, ideally CDK or Kerridge
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Confidence in analysing data and producing actionable reports
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers
* Full UK driving licence is essential, as the role covers multiple sites
