Position
Positive Behaviour Analyst – Enfield Council – Fixed Term until 31 March 2026 (subject to funding).
Department: People; Division: SEN & Curriculum Inclusion; Location: Civic Centre Site; Hours per week: 36.
Responsibilities
* Form part of a multi‑agency team to identify and support children and young people who face challenges in the education system.
* Work with therapists and teaching staff to support children to make progress in school and at home.
* Provide support to wider classes and schools where needs are identified.
* Review and adapt behaviour plans as children’s needs change.
* Report directly to the Programme Coordinator.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualification in behavioural analysis for SEN children and young people.
* Relevant experience in the same field.
* Committed professional with a strong background in Positive Behaviour Support.
