About the Role
Are you an experienced and passionate Home Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are recruiting for a dynamic and dedicated Home Manager to lead a specialist Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Autism nursing service located in Birmingham (B13).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established provider and take responsibility for a 30+ bedded home supporting adults with complex needs and mental health conditions.
Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
* Ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and governance
* Leading, developing, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team
* Overseeing CQC standards, audits, and quality improvement
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
* Driving a positive, person-centred culture within the service
* Managing budgets, staffing, and operational performance

What We're Looking For
* Experienced Home Manager (residential or nursing background)
* Strong understanding of Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism
* Proven track record of leading successful care teams
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations

* Ability to manage complex needs and drive service improvement
