We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process for our training programs and services.

Role Overview

The Sales Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping to manage enquiries, track leads, and coordinate communications with prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and interested in developing a career in sales, business development, or customer success.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure prospects and clients receive timely, professional communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the sales team with managing incoming enquiries from potential clients.
* Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
* Support lead generation activities, including research and outreach preparation.
* Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
* Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals when required.
* Track and report on sales activity and pipeline updates.
* Provide administrative support for sales campaigns, webinars, and events.
* Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
* Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools is an advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks.
* Interest in developing a career in sales or business development.
