Job Title: Social Worker – Adult's Mental Health Location: Blackburn Rate : £30 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a Mental Health Team based in Blackburn. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will provide professional Social Work services to adult customers across Adult Operations and/or Mental Health Services as required. You will manage a complex caseload, demonstrating expert and effective social work practice, assessing, and managing high levels of risk while striking a balance between support and control to protect people from harm. You will chair a range of meetings, offer expert support to case conferences, and produce high-quality assessments and reports. Additionally, you will support families and carers with the aim of improving mental health and wellbeing, promoting recovery, and fostering social inclusion. Additionally, you should hold a full UK license and have post-qualified experience. It’s essential to have a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
