We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Team Manager, on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £20.45 per Hour PAYE Responsibilities: Be responsible for the recruitment, induction, development, training and performance of staff in consultation with the Registered Team Manager. Complies with the services regulated requirements ensuring the services are meeting the standards of the CQC fundamental standards. Oversee the allocation and control of workers and ensure they receive support, advice and supervision. Monitor staff absence in accordance with Council absence and attendance policy. Promote and support personal development, arrange training and actively participate in training/workshops for staff. Qualifications: NVQ/QCF level 4 or equivalent Proven ability of managing staff within a CQC registered service. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, including report writing, negotiating and excellent IT skills.
