3. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
4. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
5. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
6. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
9. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
10. Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. An ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
