We’re recruiting for a Hotel General Manager to lead a well‑established 3‑star seaside property in Bournemouth, which largely caters for coach holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys a hands‑on role, developing teams and delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing hotel performance against budgets and P&L targets
* Leading, motivating and developing department teams
* Ensuring excellent guest service across all areas
* Overseeing compliance, health & safety and company procedures
* Supporting staffing levels across key trading periods, including weekends
* Planning maintenance and capital improvements
* Driving revenue opportunities and operational efficiency
* Leading from the front with a visible, hands‑on approach
What we're looking for
* Previous senior‑level hotel management experience
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
* The ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
* Excellent customer service standardsConfidence handling HR matters and people processes
