Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions to children of all abilities as part of the Caterham School Netball Academy
Ensure that players experience a safe, inclusive fun and positive environment in which they can progress their hockey skills.
Assess and monitor player performance, provide feedback and guidance to support player development.
Provide coaching in Term Time and School Holidays throughout the year
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
Minimum Level 1 Netball Coaching Qualification, though a higher qualification is desirable.
Has played Netball at a high level and ideally has experience coaching in schools or clubs.
Understand what is required to successfully develop players to progress and enjoy their hockey through your own playing experience
Be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Can work as lead coach or as part of a team to deliver first class Netball coaching
Be able to coach Academy sessions at Caterhams family of schools.
Hardworking and reliable with high standards and excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisational, timekeeping and communication skills
Inspirational, enthusiastic, and a positive role model.

Working Hours
Expected Term Time up to 10 hours per week
Holiday Camps run during all school Holidays throughout the year.
Hourly Rate – Competitive
