The Role:
Delivering lessons using pre-set work across a variety of subjects and year groups
Keeping students on task and maintaining a positive classroom environment
Managing behaviour in line with each school's policies
Adapting quickly to different classrooms and school routines
Ensuring students complete the work left by their usual teacher
Providing brief handover feedback at the end of the day
We're Looking For:
Teachers with QTS/QTLS or strong classroom experience
Confident individuals who can manage behaviour effectively
Flexible and adaptable teachers who can settle into new environments quickly
Reliable and professional staff with good communication skills
Those open to teaching a range of subjects or sticking to their specialism
