The Role To supportthe critical Accounts Receivable function to contribute to the continued growth and development of Finnebrogue.
Whilst experience is desired, it is not essential as full training will be given.
Duties and Responsibilities The position will have a number of key responsibilities including (but not limited to): Process Sales Invoices and Credit through high volume ledgers Take charge of allocated Customer Account(s) Keep up to date records of invoices/credit notes raised Checking any qty/price queries and dealing with them accordingly Assist with Credit Control (monitor and follow up on outstanding balances) Liaise with our Commercial Team to ensure correct pricing and coding of product Keeping prices and promotions up to date in our Finance System Escalate any issues to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor as required Assist with New Customer Set-Up process Attend weekly Team meeting and monthly Debtors meetings as required Assist with gathering information for external financial auditsAny other relevant duties as and when required Hours of Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours being 10am to 4pm.
