About the Role
At the John Lewis Partnership, the Operational Resource Administrator plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency across Magna Park 1 & 2, supporting over 800 Partners by managing data and administrative tasks that keep the site running smoothly.
At a Glance
* Role: Operational Resource Administrator
* Position: Permanent
* Hours of work: Full‑time, 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 6:00
* Location: On‑site at Magna Park 1 NDC, Milton Keynes
* Minimum age: 18 years
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Partner timecards in Workday, ensuring accuracy for payroll, absences, and overtime.
* Develop reports on metrics such as mandatory training compliance and other individual contribution indicators.
* Maintain rotas, process holiday requests, order site supplies (GNFR), and provide reception cover as needed.
* Compile performance data for the end‑of‑year review and monitor security risks such as unauthorised item entries.
* Participate in initiatives to improve partner survey scores, mentor colleagues, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
* Deliver Workday training workshops to help Partners and managers use the system effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Attention to detail when handling confidential data.
* Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets) and HR systems like Workday.
* Accuracy in payroll‑related data and site compliance.
* Stakeholder management experience with internal and external customers.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience in data entry, reporting, or process improvement.
* Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Experience using data tools such as Tableau.
