The Role: Recruit teachers and support staff for schools in the Chelmsford area Source, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles Build strong relationships with schools and educators Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on placements Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the education sector We're Looking For: Must have 1 year plus recruitment agency experience gained in the Education sector (Primary, Secondary or SEN) Confident, resilient, and career-minded individuals Strong communication and organisational skills Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact About Us: We are a leading UK education recruitment agency with a long-standing track record of success.
