Children move through baby, toddler, and preschool spaces designed to support independence and school readiness, with regular access to a garden and forest school. As Third in Charge, you’ll support daily operations while staying involved in practice and maintaining consistency across rooms. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or above in a nursery setting. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential. Applicants must be confident supporting staff and stepping into leadership responsibilities.
