We have a new exciting opportunity for a customer service executive to work for our busy and well-established client based in Stanstead Abbotts. The role offers a salary of up to £24,000. This position is a permanent role and the working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (1 hour lunch break). Offering Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) once training has been completed.
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment taking inbound calls from members of the public and clients about products and services. You’ll speak with new or existing customers by phone and email, giving them world-class service.
Responsibilities include:
* Speaking with customers/ clients, offering them support & ensuring they’re aware of all the great benefits they have available to them.
* Building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
* Actively trying to retain customers/ clients where necessary
* Website design using WordPress
* Go the extra mile to achieve increased customer satisfaction
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Identify Upsell/ Cross Selling opportunities - commission available currently attached to specific products*
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
* Working towards performance & quality KPIs
* Contributing to your team, reporting into your team leader to help achieve the businesses commercial and customer service
* Ad Hoc Tasks
There may be a requirement to undertake other duties from time to time as reasonably required.
