The Opportunity
This small close knit practice are seeking an experienced, motivated Architect or Technologist to join their growing team. This is a progressive role with genuine long-term potential, ideally suited to someone who can hit the ground running, lead from the front, and play a key part in the continued growth and development of the practice.
You'll be working hands-on from day one, leading projects across all RIBA stages-from feasibility through to delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects, working both independently and collaboratively within our close-knit team.
This is a diverse role involving work across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and care homes (with another already in the pipeline). We also handle listed building conversions, such as turning historic properties into mixed-use spaces. Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working across a variety of project types is key.
What We're Looking For
·A qualified Architect or experienced Part III with project-running experience (4-5 year experience)
·Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
·Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from inception to completion
·Comfortable leading client meetings, managing consultants, and supporting junior staff
·A collaborative team player who's also self-driven and proactive
·Passion for growing within a practice and contributing to its development
