Boden are working exclusively with a leading PFI/FM specialist to recruit a Commercial / Contract Manager for a major project in the Wirral area. This role offers the chance to oversee long-term PFI contracts, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and financial performance.

đź’· Package: Up to ÂŁ82,000 with ÂŁ7,000 car allowance and 20% bonus

Role Overview:
* Take ownership of commercial and contractual obligations across multiple PFI projects
* Represent the client on key agreements, ensuring governance and compliance
* Oversee supplier delivery, manage variations and mitigate performance risks
* Lead on reporting, audits, budgets and contract reviews
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and service partners
What You’ll Bring:
1. Background in Facilities Management, Construction or PFI contract delivery
2. Demonstrable experience in commercial management or contract management roles
3. Strong knowledge of PFI operations, financial management and risk frameworks
