Job Overview

This role involves maintaining the stock areas, including the fridge, freezer, and stock room, and ensuring deliveries are recorded and stored correctly. It is physically demanding and requires regular lifting, moving, and rotating of stock.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of stock areas, recording temperatures and rotating stock properly.
* Put away deliveries from suppliers in a timely manner.
* Maintain clean, organised stock areas and report any issues promptly.
* Work inside the fridge and freezer and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Shift & Availability
Work one 8‑hour shift per week on Sundays from 23:00 to 07:00. Applicants must be over 18 and able to work between midnight and 5 am to comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations.
Requirements & Skills
Confidence dealing with external contractors and the restaurant team. Understanding of maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently and maintain high energy levels in a fast‑moving environment.
